### Zero-downtime migration from Acoustic to Braze (2026)
Acoustic held about 1.4 million contacts across 8 master databases (1,400,505 in total). Built a per-list routing microservice so mailing lists move to Braze one at a time with instant rollback, rebuilt the preference/unsubscribe center, and added a governed CSV import converter that writes via the Braze REST API. Stack: Node.js, AWS, Braze.

### Single sign-on across 50+ WordPress properties (2026)
Drop-in mu-plugin with staged flags (enable, force, gate), Okta SAML for authentication and WordPress for authorization, plus a read-only readiness audit across Kubernetes pods. Stack: PHP, SAML 2.0, Okta, Kubernetes, WP-CLI.

### The donation stack behind dozens of campaigns (2025-2026)
Vue donation forms (one-time, recurring, split payments, sponsorships, tax lines) for NCSY regions, JLIC, Yachad, Teach Coalition and OU Torah; Gravity Forms checkout add-on kept compatible across GF 3.x; failure-triage tooling over production data + CloudWatch. ### Rebuilt NCSY.org as a multisite platform for every region (2026)
